The Service was horrible at Pines Ford. I brought my car in and they reached back out to me for 3 days, so I went back and the service guy said he had to go look and see where my car was. Then he came back in and they reached back out to me for 3 days, so I went back and the service guy said he had to go look and see where my car was. Then he came back and said my car got moved to transmission and they won't be able to look at it until 2 weeks. So asked him about a Loaner and he said well if you would have bought a Lincoln that's twice the money you would get a loaner right away but you didn't. I told him that I spent $80,000 on my Expexition when I bought it brand new in 2019 and the Navigator was only $20,000 more and the reason I didn't get it was because it pulled 1,000 pounds less then the Expedition. He continued to back track and said oh well good thing is your not crazy and there is something wrong going on with your car. All he did during our conversation is try to keep insulting me. I believe his name is Marco and I will never go back to Pines Ford again!!! More
