I made an appointment to drop off my car for a recall at 9AM. By 4PM my car still hadn’t been touched and I was told it might be ready Monday. What a terrible experience. My truck came in and the dealer decided that my vehicle isn't under warranty even though I gave them everything they asked for. My truck had less than 50k miles and is and was still under warranty. They di isn't under warranty even though I gave them everything they asked for. My truck had less than 50k miles and is and was still under warranty. They didn't want to warranty my truck and then wanted to hit me with a 12,000 dollar bill to put in a new engine. Supposedly my engine had sludge build up and that they removed the oil pan. Yet when I took my truck else where to get the engine repaired. The truck didn't even have any seals broken. So clearly it was a lie and simply wanted me to pay the 12k bill. All of this while they had my truck for over 2 months just sitting there. Horrible. I'll never be returning to pines ford ever again. More
