Waited for hours for my repair to get done. It was about 4-5 hours. When they told me it was done and I got in to it seen check engine light was still on ? Zero star is my true rating; everyone was polite however; the service was poor. I made an appointment for an oil change, repair based on a recall notice, and the check engine light to be diagnose. Imagine the service was poor. I made an appointment for an oil change, repair based on a recall notice, and the check engine light to be diagnose. Imagine my surprise when I was told that they are only able to perform one of the items I requested and there would be a three hour wait. Annoyed, I agreed to have the oil change with the three hours wait. About 45 minutes later I was called to the service desk; only to be subjected to the up sell! Wow! I declined her offer to purchase tires and the brake service; 10 minutes later my vehicle was ready! Ford Pines is only concern about their bottom line and not about helping the customer or showing empathy. I took my car to another Ford dealership and learned that I needed a new motor. So I want to thank Pines Ford Lincoln for not caring about their customers and only wanting to up sell the customer. I for one will always rate you a zero and never return to your establishment. I made an appointment using your system; customers should not have to pay for your oversight, so thank you for helping me find a dealership that has empathy for its customers and provides exceptional service.
