I took my car to Lincoln Pines to repair a Check Engine Light issue and to fix a manufacturer recall. I had to rent a car during the time my car was being repaired since my car's warranty expired. The estimate to fix the issue was way too expensive (more than 2K) so I decided not to do it. I told the service advisor that I was going to pick up my car the following day early in the morning, knowing that I would have to pay for the Diagnosis ($100). The next day the car was not ready and had to wait 1 hour. On top of that, I was given an invoice that did not include the $100 I paid for the diagnosis and complained about this but I was told that the final invoice was not ready. I did not want to waste more time (I was already late for work) so I left the dealer. I received the invoice after complaining in the Manufacturer survey and realized that they did not even complete the safety recall!!. I am very unpleased with the whole experience. I had to pay close to $200 (rental and diagnosis) but at least I would expect that they would take care of the recall. Never going back to this dealer!! More
