My first service of my new Lincoln. Did everything right. Booked in advance. Reserved loaner. Came early Saturday morning. Out of loaner directed to Hertz with a “voucher.” Waited 45 mi Did everything right. Booked in advance. Reserved loaner. Came early Saturday morning. Out of loaner directed to Hertz with a “voucher.” Waited 45 minutes at their Hertz. Get car that stunk so badly.. told car ready Monday. No follow up. No letting me know. They had car for an entire week. Returned Hertz after filling up. Got a bogus charge for a “flat tire” that did not exist. Called service for assistance. And directed to hertz. No way to speak to anyone all automated. Called back service. No help. Disputed charges. Guess I’ll be finding somewhere else to get service More
