I picked up a screw in one of my back tires and it was slowly losing air. Roger managed to fit me in on a busy Saturday to get the tire patched. Peter as always was very professional and delivered a clean car, but when I check the trunk of the car, where work was performed found cover over spare tire missing from the car, while driving home there clean car, but when I check the trunk of the car, where work was performed found cover over spare tire missing from the car, while driving home there was a glare on my front, side and rear windows. Next day washed car in the morning later when I drove the car still glare there, upon closing look using a single etched blade I could strip a clear coat that was on the glass, needless to say spent Memorial Day weekend stripping this off my auto windows with the blade and a Glass Stripper compound I purchased at the Auto Store. My expectations are when I leave a car at your dealer, should be taken care of as well as I took care of your loaner. Very disappointed with Maintenance Department! More
