I have worked with Christopher Beck and Marco Garcia in the service department and have always had a terrific experience, from scheduling my appointments to expectation management over the issues with my v the service department and have always had a terrific experience, from scheduling my appointments to expectation management over the issues with my vehicle. When I was in need of a loaner car due to my work schedule, I was accommodated. The staff is always friendly and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. I do not live near this dealership, (over 11 miles away) however after working with other Ford dealerships in South Florida and having less than even satisfactory experiences, I now make the drive al the way out to Pines Ford no matter what because the people there know me, know what they are doing and do the job right. Highly recommend. More
