Brought my truck in for my drivers AC seat function vibrating when cooling. They did not fix the issue. I told the service department it was intermittent. so the same day a few hours after picking up m vibrating when cooling. They did not fix the issue. By far the WORST dealership I have ever done business with. I will never recommend them to anybody. They are liars and could care less about customer service and maintaining a good reputation. Unfortunately, I received very poor customer service at Pines Ford. My car is still having Power/Train problems after I waited 4 weeks for them to attend me (1 week for and appointment) (3 weeks and a day Pines Ford. I’ve called several times to ask for additional help but I just get the run around. When I went to pick up my car the front Cashiers at in Service, were very unpleasant. And lastly they returned my car dirty and full of bird poop. That was not the way I turned in my car to them. I had to take my car to Ford in Pompano, for them to inform me that there was no information on my car being serviced at Pines Ford. I was never checked in and no record of a diagnostic.
