When I inquired about a Tacoma via email, the salesperson wanted a full address of the buyer, even though I was exporting the car. I thought that was weird, I only wanted to know the fees I had to add to the wanted a full address of the buyer, even though I was exporting the car. I thought that was weird, I only wanted to know the fees I had to add to the price advertised on Autotrader. The salesperson mentioned something about a different price because I was not financing. I thought that weird, but maybe since I'm paying cash I get a discount? Anyway, he comes back and says he cannot sell me the truck because I am paying cash, they will only finance it. So not only do they advertise a truck with a false price, then they will only sell it if they can make extra off the interest. And don't let the poor xxxxxxx not make the payments, then they take the truck back and have the money and the vehicle. Poor, greedy, disgusting business habits. Exactly the type of people who give car salesmen a bad name. More
Let me start off by saying I am local business owner that values clients and relationships. It is my firm belief that Pines Ford ownership and Management Team does not care about everyday customers or ongoin values clients and relationships. It is my firm belief that Pines Ford ownership and Management Team does not care about everyday customers or ongoing reputation. I have had a multitude of issues dealing with both the service department to more importantly the collision center. Recently I had a repair done to the drivers side of my Ford Raptor after I was side swiped. My truck has since been back several times to try and rectify the ongoing issues of color match, texture inconsistencies, and finish. Recently a meeting was held at the Collision Center with the shop manager John Cooper and the paint distributor to review the egregious orange peel and micro scratches in my finish. The meeting resulted in the paint distributor agreeing to texture inconsistencies and swirl marks. I was insulted by John Cooper and was told I created the marks and Orange Peel. I have since contacted Thomas King the Manager of the dealership, and Malo Automotive Ownership who actually owns the establishment. Thomas tried to offer me $300 to take my car to detailed but would not honor the warranty given through the Collision Center. I have since sought out to voice my displeasure on every website page, Better Business Bureau, and social media platform to educate potential clientele. Attached you will see a picture of the current state of my truck. More
Failed to payoff trade in. They ignored my emails and phone calls. Clearly their mistake entirely but they refused to address the issue. I tried to call the GM to complain and the Phone receptionist woul phone calls. Clearly their mistake entirely but they refused to address the issue. I tried to call the GM to complain and the Phone receptionist would not even tell me the GM's name. Makes me assume he is hiding from issues on a regular basis. I asked for his email address at least- She told me she is not allowed to give that information out. More
I always received excellent customer service at this dealer... until I decided to return my lease and not get a new car from them... That’s when I got hit with a $395 fee for NOT getting. Another Lincol dealer... until I decided to return my lease and not get a new car from them... That’s when I got hit with a $395 fee for NOT getting. Another Lincoln AND realized my lease was for 10,500 miles/year instead of the 12,000 I had thought I had agreed when discussing the lease agreement. Of course I now have to pay the extra miles... not only that, but the finance person in the dealer was almost bothered I went there on a Saturday to return my car and simply stated I should have read my contract. I will NOT be buying or leasing from them anytime soon. More
I use to give Pines Lincoln service rave reviews but the service department need to be completely revamped. When you make a simple oil change appointment there should be no need to have to wait 3 hours, tha service department need to be completely revamped. When you make a simple oil change appointment there should be no need to have to wait 3 hours, that is why you make an appointment. They have broken my wheel lock and I was not informed. They have lost a wheel lock and I was not informed. l found this out once I actually had a flat and had to call roadside and they could not get the wheel off. And I always gave the advisor my wheel lock when I had service. As a service advisor I expect them to make sure all of the services were rendered efficiently and if there is an issue to let the customer know. Unfortunately when I needed service it was on a Saturday and Anthony Alicea was my service advisor and all he wanted to mention to me was I should get tires when I actually did not. Now I have to get new wheel locks when the dealership should be replacing them. If you continue to go to this dealership for service make sure you inspect your car completely before leaving. And put a mark on one of your tires to make sure your tires have been rotated. And I am only naming a few issues I have had within the last year. More

I had an appointment to get an oil change on my F350. When I dropped my truck off I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours to complete the job. After 2 hours I was told that it would be another hour When I dropped my truck off I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours to complete the job. After 2 hours I was told that it would be another hour but a guy dropped the same truck off for an oil change while I was standing there and he was told it take 1 1/2 hours. What is the point of making an appointment? Very unhappy about being treated that way. More
All of my contact with the dealership was through text messaging. I explained what I was looking for, what my budget was and was happy to finance through an outside loan or the dealership directly. Wi thg messaging. I explained what I was looking for, what my budget was and was happy to finance through an outside loan or the dealership directly. Wi thg in a few days of talking, I secured approval to finance a new car and the process was painless. I spent about 16 minutes total at the dealership signing paperwork and being oriented to the Ford app. I was so impressed by the entire experience and the car is beautiful and more than I expected it to be. This was my first car buying experience without the help of a family member and they treated me with respect and were so kind. It changed my mind of how buying a car should be. More
