Awesome buying expirence I brought my 2013 Escape in for servicing and decided I wanted a 2018 that day. Kerry Bromery was my sales consulant and we became friends very quickl I brought my 2013 Escape in for servicing and decided I wanted a 2018 that day. Kerry Bromery was my sales consulant and we became friends very quickly. I wanted a fully loaded Escape Titanium. Terry explained that there were none on the lot due to their popularity. Terry went on his computer and located two cars that were at other dealerships. The closer dealership just sold theirs. We had already agreed on a price. The Escape which was still available had a few more features in it and was more expensive. Terry said a deal is a deal and agreed to stand by his original offer. It would take several hours for the car to be delivered from Ft Pierce. I waited in the customer lounge where Terry would check on me offen. He suggested to drive me home and to pick me up when the car arrived. I decided to remain and wait for my new car to arrive. Terry bought a pizza that we shared as well as great conversation. I finally got my car around 7:45pm. The dealership was closing but Terry did not rush to leave He called my insurance company to get my new car insured before I drove my beautiful Titanium home. More

GREAT SERVICE Joel and the service staff at the Lincoln Dealership are fantastic. I made an appointment for 830 am, I walked into service at 815 am and was driving Joel and the service staff at the Lincoln Dealership are fantastic. I made an appointment for 830 am, I walked into service at 815 am and was driving away in my loaner within 15 minutes. I like how he explains in detail what has to be done and doesn't pressure you into having it done. More
Everybody at Pines Ford was nice and helpful. Everyone was cordial and helpful. My service advisor, Chris Beck, was very nice. He had also helped me a week earlier, for another part of the car (the sun roof). I also said hello to Kerry, our Ford sales and leasing consultant. While I was at the service department Tuesday morning, they gave my Ford Fiesta, an overall inspection. I thought that was very nice of Pines Ford to do that for us. More

The two salesmen who I worked with, Vlad and Adrian, did a wonderful job of explaining all the features on my new Explorer and also allowing me to test drive it twice before purchasing. They were both well informed and made the buying process stress free. I highly recommend both the dealership and these two professional salesmen who helped me choose the car that best suited my needs. More
