I have been a Lincoln owner for almost 20 years. (Navigator). Pines Lincoln had a wonderful track record with me for many years, until...... recent service issues. I am giving them 5 stars because they worked hard to overcome the initial poor service/treatment Plus, I hope they get back to the wonderful customer service they used to provide to their loyal Lincoln owners. (Particularly when you purchase an almost 90K vehicle from their brand for a 2nd time in 20 years) More

Quick Lane service, once scheduled, was easy to get a car in and into the maintenance process.
