Most recently my MKX was totaled so I just went car shopping before I received the settlement. They had a MKZ I really liked so Gale and the GM worked very well with me on getting it. Only negative experience I have ever had here is waiting 2 1/2 hours one Saturday morning for an oil change and car wash. However they did compensate me for it with a free oil change. More

Charging for a service under warranty My car is an MKC 2015 with 18,000 miles. On October 17, I took it to Lincoln Pembroke Pines because my latch was not closing properly. The car is unde My car is an MKC 2015 with 18,000 miles. On October 17, I took it to Lincoln Pembroke Pines because my latch was not closing properly. The car is under warranty but this dealer tried to charge me almost $1,000 for a service covered by my warranty. The manager never showed up to talk to me even if I requested to discuss the problem directly with him.I refused to accept that abuse and left. Two days later, I took my vehicle to Lincoln Doral and they fixed the problem without hesitation. Thums up for Lincoln Doral and thumbs down for Pines. More

Took my car in early Friday morning they had my car all day Friday and Monday called me monday to tell me they couldn't replicate the problem and there was nothing wrong with the car, I got the car back lights still on, I showed the service manager and he said I would have to pay for them to check it again .
