My service tech Joel Gonzales, went out of his way to make sure the repairs I needed were completed in the timeliest manner possible. When the part I needed was on back order, he arranged to have a loaner dropped off at my house, (very convenient & stress free)and when the part finally came in, he even installed it himself, rather than having me wait for a repair tech to complete the job. Now that's service! Joel kept me in the loop at every stage, and even called the corporate office to get my part delivery expedited.
