Called Robert the service manager about an issue that I had. He never called me back - left several messages over the next few days - finally had to waste my gas and drive over there and went on vacation had. Would rather drive to Delray Beach than deal with this place which is right around the corner from me. Poor Customer service - they need retraining !!! More

Three weeks later I went to the location to see what's going on and the service representative informed me that he was not sure if the part was in. I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle and I will not use Pines Ford Lincoln. More
