My car was there for 10 days, I had to call and see what was going on every day, my service advisor had no idea what was going on with my car. Why is there the capability of requesting a loaner if you guys was going on every day, my service advisor had no idea what was going on with my car. Why is there the capability of requesting a loaner if you guys don't give it to the customer, and when u request it my advisors excuse is we don't do that for recalls. Um my car is here for power loss not only a recall and that he didn't want me to have to pay for it.. So leaving me without a car is the logical thing to do? Day 7 I had to come and fight for a car and then the next day boom my car was magically ready. Nothing was done car still drives like xxxx. Not even washed. Will never bring my car back here. And I went with the benefit of the doubt with everyone telling me their horror stories here.... Thanks for nothing More
