I spoke to Joel Gonzales after I was told by the service department appointment setter that the next available appointment was more than 2 weeks out. Eric then followed up with me and told me of the issues they found (catalytic converter, 2 oxygen sensors and all 6 sparkplug needing to be replaced). He made arrangements for me to receive a loaner car while the repairs were done and gave me a realistic time frame for the repair. It was completed exactly as he said.
