Marco was my service advisor and he was TERRIBLE. Had to call for every update, didn’t return my calls the first few times and wouldn’t help me get a loaner, and told me I could pick my car up with the stai call for every update, didn’t return my calls the first few times and wouldn’t help me get a loaner, and told me I could pick my car up with the stains all over the seats. Kayla however, helped me and was the only pleasantly highlight of my 3+ month experience. I most definitely will be making a formal complaint to corporate. More
