This is what I was told after finally speaking with someone. On this Saturday I had to call 4 times. On my 3rd call the receptionist didn’t even say hello she just transferred me so I waited a few minutes and called back and gave her a piece of my mind and told her the way she answered the phone by transferring me is not proper phone etiquette. If you look at my record you can figure out who it was as it as the same day I had service on my SUV. More
I was updated of status of repair, need to order part and given approximate completion date. Peter was professional and courteous. Cashier and all staff friendly and helpful.
