This is what I was told after finally speaking with someone. On this Saturday I had to call 4 times. On my 3rd call the receptionist didn’t even say hello she just transferred me so I waited a few minutes and called back and gave her a piece of my mind and told her the way she answered the phone by transferring me is not proper phone etiquette.
