Buyers Beware: I was interested in leasing 2 new Corsair SUVs from Pines Lincoln. I received a quote from the Lincoln website offering a lease deal on the Corsair for a certain amount and the only exclusion SUVs from Pines Lincoln. I received a quote from the Lincoln website offering a lease deal on the Corsair for a certain amount and the only exclusions to the offer (I have a law degree, therefore I always read the disclaimers) were taxes, title and license fees. However, Meshi, the very unprofessional, condescending and aggressive sales person that was assigned to me, stated that the Lincoln Pines dealership raises the MSRP of the vehicles due to the current market shortages and demand. She fully admitted that the advertisement is false and misleading to customers, serving the sole purpose of getting customers through the door. She also slandered all other dealerships stating they also have the same misleading business practice of fooling customers to walk into their dealership with these false ads. She flat out admitted to the deceitful practice of misleading customers. When my husband, trying to just end the conversation amicably to leave with our kids out of the dealership, she became very irritable stating that she was giving us a “wake up call” about the current market and that once we witnessed and researched for ourselves that we would see how every other car dealer has adopted the same deceitful business practice. I am fully aware of the issues the country is experiencing with car production; however, that is not a green light to be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. I expect supreme professionalism especially when visiting a luxury vehicle dealership. I have leased vehicles for the past 15 years, and never ever had such a HORRIBLE experience. Take your valuable time and money elsewhere. More
