If I could give it zero stars, I would. Car got damaged by the dealership nobody from the dealership is taking responsibility for it. Service center is excellent. Trying to buy a new vehicle while yours is being serviced is not recommended at all. After walking around vehicles in the lobby for 20 minutes I finally asked the only sales rep while yours is being serviced is not recommended at all. After walking around vehicles in the lobby for 20 minutes I finally asked the only sales rep there if he could help me. He was on the telephone discussing diner the night before and said he would get with me as soon as possible. After another ten minutes went by his office. After a brief discussion about trading my F-150 for a new F-150, he basically told me there was little supply so if I didn't like the one on the floor he had many mustangs and bronco's that he could sell. I won't be back to Pines Ford for as new truck but I will most definitely have my new truck that I but elsewhere serviced there. More

The service center is a great facility. The issue I had was with the service advisor who clearly works off some sort of commission. The communication was none existent unless I reached out.
