The customer service at Pines Ford is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to provide the customer with full service. I could not have asked for more from Roger the service writer. Customer service seemed lacking. Came in for an oil change and asked to have 2 items that stoped working to be looked at... When my service writer came to let me know my vehicle would be ready soon I a change and asked to have 2 items that stoped working to be looked at... When my service writer came to let me know my vehicle would be ready soon I asked again and he said they would take a look at it....when the car was ready he told me I needed a new rear window to fix the defrost and did not address the side view mirror at all... the item was not checked/issue investigated and I left without an understanding of what was wrong. I left feeling that maybe they didn't really look at the back window either and just gave me a random answer. I then went and googled issues with the truck to try to identify what might be wrong on my own.. previous time I was here I asked if my speedometer could be calibrated since I put some larger tires on my truck and after a considerable amount of time looking at it as a dealership they were unable to do it which was really disappointing. I have brought my truck here for all my service since I purchased my truck and the location is not close to my house...I have had the same service writer for most of that time and really like him ..lately it just feels like my vehicle concerns are not that important.. and or the technicians in the shop are unable to identify and or resolve the issues that I have with my truck. I believe the service writer is doing a good job but it seems that the technicians that are looking at the truck are not able to address or provide information on some of the recent issues that I brought my truck in on.... I like bringing my truck to the dealer to get it serviced but I am considering finding something closer to my house in the future. More
I think they should improve In communication with customers and speed on service , I been in other’s ford dealer location for service and they wash your car for courtesy and offer you a shuttle from customers and speed on service , I been in other’s ford dealer location for service and they wash your car for courtesy and offer you a shuttle from the beginning, in this location after 3 times going here I had to ask for a car wash prices in case of I have to pay for it … and also for a shuttle because never offered nothing… and also I had to call for news about the car by the end of the day because nobody call me to tell me what’s going on with my car… I would like to have a better opinion about this place but this is the reality!!! Im very disappointed… More
