I bought a used 2018 Ford Escape with under 5,000 miles and the Ford Service Center in Pines always welcomed and honored their warranty every time I went. Every single minor service was done quickly, efficiently, and always in a friendly way. When reaching about but just under 40,000 miles in late 2021, my Eco Boost engine had issues - a popular engine recall issue - and no lie, I was out of a car for nearly 3 months. However, every step of the way, Mr. Roger Ramkisson guided my case from start to finish. This was peak COVID-19 pandemic supply chain and labor issues time, where there were under 30 cars ahead of me for major engine work, let alone the delays in the ordering and shipment of parts. While other representatives helped me, like Mr. Robert Guzman (I believe the manager of Pines Ford - don't quote me) and Ms. Diamond Gardener (from corporate/district), Mr. Roger Ramkisson was: Always reachable via phone extension, email, or through other service agents; always communicated biweekly updates about the status of my case; empathically helped me navigate my options and suggestions while waiting for and during service times; and saw to it that the highest level of justice was done for my case, including a full repair and cleaning, honoring the full extent of Ford's warranty. I always have great quality, friendly, affordable, and efficient service at Pines Ford, from everyone working there; however, if we could play God or dabble in science fiction, if you could mass produce or clone Mr. Roger Ramkisson, you should, because while everyone is really great at Ford Pines, he sets the bar for how business should be conducted there. I will continue to get my services done there, and for now, I'm still a happy Ford customer. More
