My only complaint is that I had to wait 15 minutes for a service representative to see me. I was told that my recall services was going to b half day and it toke 1 day and a half and also was not undated until I call @ the end of the first day and was told that the services was not complete. Like to give you 5 stars, but the car was not returned washed,who ever did the job placed some water over the car to remove the dust and that was the end of the wash job. Everything was great with the service. The only problem I had was when I got my vehicle back there was grease all over the floor mat, steering wheel, door panel shift lever and carpet. The dealer should be had was when I got my vehicle back there was grease all over the floor mat, steering wheel, door panel shift lever and carpet. The dealer should be using plastic covers for the seat,steering wheel and floor mat to prevent the mechanics from getting grease on the interior. The mechanics should also be aware of contaminating the customer's vehicle with grease and other contaminants. More
The service rep was very courteous and informative. I like the fact that he took me to the car to show me exactly what was wrong.
