Had a recall took over a year to get parts. Tire pressure light went back on day after was in shop. Kept car for two days no progress calls. Scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday, to have a few maintenance things taken care of. Was told Wednesday evening they got a few things done, but would need to run some diagnostics the next day. Told them it was no problem, to keep it overnight. Didn't hear anything at all the next day until I called at 6:30 p.m. . At that point was told that they had not been able to run the diagnostics. On Friday at 4:30 p.m., was told that they still had not run the diagnostics, and that they would try to get to it on Saturday. Didn't hear anything back until I called again at 3:00 on Monday, and was told that they had finally run the diagnostics, but nobody had called me to tell me what was going on. I understand if there are scheduling issues, because of the pandemic, or service availability, but nobody followed up with me about the changes in schedule, or gave me an opportunity to go somewhere else. Really poor customer service and follow-up. More
