Service is good but I have a master key problem I detected when my battery was dead. I couldn’t unlock the car to get a jump to start it. That was the first time I attempted to use the master key. My warranty expired 1 month before the matter was discovered. Now the dealer want to charge me $450.00 to fix this problem. It’s not fair and the key apparently never worked. I briefly spoke to the service manager. He stated after the holidays he will see what he can do for me. Note I can never reach the service manager, he is always our of the office. I leave messages and emails. So I’ll see what happen with I finally get to speak with him. Ask the service advisors understand my concerns, but it’s out of there hands with an expired warranty. More

The dealership was pretty rude to me before they found out that my engine was covered under warranty they treated me like I was a bad person and I messed up there was no communication in five months that out that my engine was covered under warranty they treated me like I was a bad person and I messed up there was no communication in five months that it took to replace an engine they return my calls twice all other times either myself or another family member had to go by the dealership and talk to the mechanic I live three hours away More
