Brought the car in for a routine oil change and was told there was a recall on a piece in the steering wheel. Ever since then we have had issues with the steering wheel jiggling and squeezing. I’ve brough there was a recall on a piece in the steering wheel. Ever since then we have had issues with the steering wheel jiggling and squeezing. I’ve brought it back and complained multiple times and now they are saying we need to replace another piece for $700. When I brought the car in it was perfectly fine. Fast forward. We brought the car to have the tire sensors installed in all 4 brand new tires. Picked it up at closing time and drove the car in the highway the next morning and the entire car was shaking. Brought it back and now they are saying the brand new rim is bent and tire is ripped. Blaming us saying we must have crashed the car. This situation is so absurd because we literally drive the car home down the street and next day had problems once the vehicle started going 55th plus miles. We went back and forth with the manager and he refused to take blame for the situation so we were forced to buy yet another new tire and rim. They put the sensor in but didn’t take any responsibility for what happened. I can’t put my head in my pillow at night knowing we didn’t do anything to that car. Dropped it off fine and picked it up with issues. Something shady happened there and they are covering it up. We will never return to this place. More
The dealership was pretty clean and stocked with food and refreshments which was nice. But my favorite part was interacting with my service person Kenny Gilman, who was amazing and charming; he deserves a ra refreshments which was nice. This Ford is out of my way because I live in Coral Springs but I’d love to come back, only because of Kenny Gilman. And I’d also like to thank the tech, sorry I don’t know his/her name, but thank the tech for doing such a great job. More
