The service was performed perfectly fine, and in a timely manner. My issue was with having to wait for the warranty to pay their part. IF they are off the operators should be advised so we can ask for someone else. Luckily I asked to speak to the Service Manager who contacted the warranty company and was able to release my car to me. More
