I almost had a good buying experience but at the last minute the Sales Manager ruined the experience. All over a key fob. I ask them to provide a second fob with the truck I was buying; they wanted me to minute the Sales Manager ruined the experience. All over a key fob. I ask them to provide a second fob with the truck I was buying; they wanted me to pay half, I would not agree. They offered to pay half, leaving me to pay half. I have since priced the fob at $170.00 fully programmed with taxes included at the first place I checked. Sales Manager told me a fob would be over $300.00. So, what they wanted me to pay was actually the full price of a fob. The Sales Manager actually said he would not have sold me the truck at the price I paid and that I practically "stole it" and he was not going to give me a fob (different sales manager that I made the deal with). I suggested they must not value customer satisfaction and would have a customer leave disgruntled over something like the price of a fob. This was my second purchase from this dealership and will be my last. I hope their actions were worth me telling this story to everyone that speaks to me about the nice truck I bought. I will not recommend anyone visit this dealership. All his aggravation could have been avoided if an arrogant little manager understood the value of good customer service. By the way, I went back to get a minor wheel defect corrected and they acted like then didn't know me. The salesman I had delt with didn't even bother to respond to my text about the wheel repair. My recommendation, shop elsewhere. More

Not happy with the service,my truck was dropped off at Pinkerton on July 7th,because my transmission was slipping, was told on July eighth,their technician said they did not find any problems with it,told Pinkerton on July 7th,because my transmission was slipping, was told on July eighth,their technician said they did not find any problems with it,told them that I had to have it towed from Richmond va back to them because it was slipping , they called me on July ninth said they found the problem,was going to call my extended warranty and get back with me,didn’t hear anything from them I called them on July 14th,was supposed to call extended warranty again and get back with me,still nothing, I went to the service center,it was then when he called to file a claim for work to my truck,now going on the third week the 21st,is when the transmission was ordered,5 to 7 days to arrive,now my truck is still at Pinkerton not in the shop yet. I don’t get a call on anything that is being done.The waiting game,in the dark.All of this comes from they changed my transmission fluid on may 16th,a little over a month. More

Horrible work, will never return to this dealership, had a simple oil change done my 2003 corvettea few months back and they charged me around 300$ and i had to get over half of it refunded. it was time fo a simple oil change done my 2003 corvettea few months back and they charged me around 300$ and i had to get over half of it refunded. it was time for a change again, i decided to do it myself this time since i am a tech myself and had time. I ended up bending a 15mm wrench trying to get an oil plug loose that should be torqued to 15 ft lbs. When i called about it they tried to charge my 60$ and soonest they can schedule is tuesday to resolve this problem so i went to the dealership in person raising xxxx and they changed their mind now i can come in Saturday at 9( the next day) which is fine, i just want my oil changed without breaking my oilpan at my expense for anothers mistake. Long story short i show up they get my oil changed and charge me 40ish dollars for labor which is fine i understand techs are there to make money, but this time on my invoice they have the wrong milage on my car, says they reset my oil life monitor which is a lie i reset myself showing it had 12% left after the oil change and no sticker for my next time to change. Its absolutely absurd to me GM cant properly do a quick oil change on their own vehicles correctly at a dealership More

Pinkerton customer service sucks. On Friday, June 28th, I drove over to Pinkerton to go and look at a truck that had been on the website saying "in stock" for a week. So, I got pre On Friday, June 28th, I drove over to Pinkerton to go and look at a truck that had been on the website saying "in stock" for a week. So, I got pre-approved and talked to a salesman named Mario. Mario told me the bad news, which was that the truck was not there and that he didn't know when it would get there. Well, his supervisor, Joel, got involved as well. He said he didn't know when it would get there either, and that it was supposed to be there two weeks ago from when I got to the dealership. Mario and Joel had assured me that they would put it on a hot load and get it there the following next week. Mario had even talked me into putting down a $500 deposit so that I could say it's mine and that no one else will take it. Mario told me he would contact me the following Monday with an update. Well, Monday, July 1st comes up. I had expected to hear something by the end of the day, but I did not. So, I called Mario, and he said that it wouldn't be there until by the end of the month. What?! Well, I had asked Mario if he had put it on a hot load like he said and he said that he would do it... Even though he AND Joel told me it would be on a hot load, which should have happened by the time I called Mario. I asked Mario if it would be there that week and his words were "I'm going to try". A week and a half goes by and I have heard nothing. I got fed up and started contacting other dealerships. I had a quote on a '22 Dodge ram power wagon that was in great condition. So, I told Mario about the Dodge from the other dealer. Figured I might see if I can get a better deal to keep my money or to get a different brand new truck, one of the '23 Chevrolet Silverado RST's they had. Mario told me he wasn't at the office. So, I come by the next day for a surprise visit to get my money back. Mario talked me into staying with the Colorado instead of getting my money back. When I mentioned the Silverado's, he told me "Aw, those are $70-80,000, you aren't interested in them". I know I'm not a salesman, but I am pretty sure it is not a salesman's place to tell me what I can and can not afford. The next day, Mario called me and said that he called GM and told them about the car being sold and to make it a hot load... Wait, what?! He still had not made it a hot load after telling g me TWICE already that he did?! That's correct. But apparently he did this time... A week passes by, and I hear nothing. I'm checking the website daily to see if the truck is even listed still, and it was, even said "in stock" the whole time. I even drove by the dealership every day after work to see if the truck was there or not, because by that point, I didn't trust Mario or Joel to tell me anything. The following week, Monday, July 22nd I texted Mario at 5:51 PM and asked if there was any update. Mario replied "Hey Grayson I will have a better update in the morning". Well, the following morning, I heard nothing. So, I texted Mario again at 4:05 PM and asked if he had an update since I didn't hear from him this morning. Mario replied "Hey Grayson nothing yet on the Colorado Hopefully soon .I haven't forgot you.I check everyday". So, I guess Mario was pulling my leg and didn't have a "better update". So, I texted him back and said "Ok... I thought I would have received a 'better update' this morning." And then Mario proceeded to call me. I sent it to voicemail. He left a message stating that he had another Colorado ZR2 coming in next month on the 1st. So, I figured I'd call back and humor him. He looked it up while I was on the phone with him and he said "Oh, it's a z71. Not a ZR2." I was angry. I did not get hateful and I did not get rude. But I asked for my money back and I did. I had to go back and get refunded at the dealership. Mario didn't talk to me and didn't stay for me to finish my refund either. I feel violated and taken advantage of. What a horrible experience. More

Our sales man was Paul Divers, and after 3 full days negotiations he was able to get to a price we were extremely happy with and we walked away with a 2021 Chevy 2500 with only 17k miles!!
