When I think of car dealers, I usually have two thoughts; one of excitement followed by inmediate fear and dread. My experience at Pinnacle Nissan has been an unexpected surprise, fear and dread has been one of excitement followed by inmediate fear and dread. My experience at Pinnacle Nissan has been an unexpected surprise, fear and dread has been taken out of the equation. Starting from the introduction of the sales person to receiving the keys, I must say it was smooth and easy transition. I was greated with a smile and dealt with professionalism and honesy, there was no beating around the bush or misleading "I need to speak to my manager" games and my final price was agreed on quickly. I feel I got more of a fair deal and would recommend Pinnacle Nissan anytime. Thank you Pinnacle Nissan for making this experience worth it and in easing me and my thoughts. We came to Pinnacle Nissan to purchase a new vehicle. This is was our third purchase from this dealership. Every time we came there was a new Sales Consultant but everyone was nice. Nissan as a company has a great ability to select great people. This time when we met Steven, we thought he is too young to be a Sales Consultant. We were completely wrong… He has a great work ethics and represents himself professionally with a personal touch. It was so nice to see that young generation can continue traditions and learn good professional manners to pass on Customers. He is knowledgeable of Nissan’s products and the history and so proud to work with the clients and make a difference. My wife, toddler boy and I all went to the dealer with one thing in mind getting the car we want. Well that is exactly what happened we did. Until 2 weeks later they came back and said they need more mone one thing in mind getting the car we want. Well that is exactly what happened we did. Until 2 weeks later they came back and said they need more money down. Before we left we confirmed and asked if the loan will go through "we wouldn't give you the car if we weren't 99.99% sure we can get the loan approved" said the finance manager. Well guess we were the .01%. After a little research we found this is called spot delivery. We did return it but not till we got 2 weeks of using it for free. There were other things as well that we didn't like, 75 month loan (what is that crap) and a few other financial information hidden till we got home and looked at the fine print. Lastly Pinnacle Nissan is the worst company and would never recommend them to anyone. We found another dealer and their first response was "we like people". This is the worst dealer I have ever done business with just glad we were able to get out of this one. More

Vincent Helms was my salesman, he was terrific, I have not the best credit and somehow he and Jason were able to get me approved. I got the vehicle I wanted at a wonderful price.
