I got my oil changed and they forgot to put my oil cap back on so it smoked under my hood and smelled like burned oil inside my car from the air vents. And just made.a very big mess under the hood. back on so it smoked under my hood and smelled like burned oil inside my car from the air vents. And just made.a very big mess under the hood. More

Very professional and understood my needs. I let them know that I was coming from Payson and had another appointment 10 miles away. They got me in and out quickly. I let them know that I was coming from Payson and had another appointment 10 miles away. They got me in and out quickly. More
1. Sales rep poorly trained. Didn’t know how dealer prepped cars or what was included. We wanted a cheap car for one of our kids. 2. Floor manager lazy and doesn’t understand customer service. Vehicle prepped cars or what was included. We wanted a cheap car for one of our kids. 2. Floor manager lazy and doesn’t understand customer service. Vehicle we were purchasing was in service. When we asked how long it would take after waiting over an hour, he said “I don’t know.” I asked him to call back there and find out. He said he didn’t know who to call. I said, “ok let’s walk back there and find out!” So we walked back to service. He just didn’t care. I mean did I have to take leadership and do his job? 3. Service was supposed to put new tires on our purchase. One of their two tire machines didn’t work so it took longer than stated. Then the “new” tires were some no name brand I never heard of. We went straight to Discount Tire to replace them and Nissan apparently over-tightened the lug bolts because the tires could not be taken off. 4. Nissan plays this game where they force you to do some bogus internal detail and ceramic coating for over $1,000 we absolutely didn’t want or need. 5. Finance - Johnny Gomez is very nice while ripping you off. On a used car, less than $15,000 price, he told us for “just $20 more a month” we could have a warranty. What he doesn’t tell you is that it costs almost $4,000 on top of the $20 monthly cost. Such a scam. Try to slide that in without noticing. When I confronted him, he offered cheaper alternatives. When I was clear I didn’t want anything, his attitude soured. After finishing signing, he stormed out like a child and didn’t even say thank you or good bye. This is why people hate and distrust car dealerships. They are poorly trained, lazy, and deceptive. Sad thing is, never owning a Nissan, we were impressed by their new models and were actually interested. Not any more. We will ever come back to Nissan. When you treat customers horribly and try to scam them, you lose. More
