They are quick to sell you a vehicle but after you leave they’ll never check on you or care to continue to help. I tried calling my sales guy Charles but nothing no call back. I had a very mixed experience at Pinnacle Nissan. My salesman, Carson, was outstanding, easily one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with. He made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable, and I was genuinely impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly once I moved into financing with Ahmad. I was sold multiple warranties with the clear understanding that they would cover rock chips (on paint) and curb rash on the wheels, issues the vehicle already had at the time of sale. I was not provided any physical copies of the contracts or warranty documents on the day of purchase and was told they would be emailed. When I returned to deliver my trade-in (after confirming the date and time multiple times with the dealership), I was informed that the Certified Nissan inspection and related paperwork still had not been completed. I was told the system had been down at the time of sale and it would be handled at delivery, but even then it could not be completed because “Ahmad is the only one with access and he’s unavailable.” It ultimately took over a week to receive the documents I signed and the details of the warranties I purchased. After reviewing them, the coverage does not match what was described during the sale. Follow-up questions regarding these discrepancies were either not clearly answered or not addressed. The dealership’s sales assistant did reach out to follow up on my experience, but after my response I have not received any further communication or resolution after five business days. What started as a great experience with Carson ultimately fell far short due to misleading warranty explanations, delayed documentation, poor communication from financing, and lack of follow-through from management. At this point, I have serious concerns about transparency and whether I can trust Pinnacle Nissan for future purchases or service. More
Actually a relatively positive experience all things considered. A lot of time spent on the deal and a waste of time to the point I had to walk away before receiving the ideal offer, but the fact we wer considered.
