Either hang my phone calls, or complain back to systematic failed, or never call me back. Too much lies. I hope they did the plate registration as they should be. Every sale services act like xxxxxxxx. Not acts even professional services. No communications at all. Delay a lot of works. Every sale services there makes me very angry. I rather buy a BMW Holy cow! Where to start?! This place is full of nothing but dishonest lowlife sales weenies. These guys haven't done 1 thing for me that they said th Holy cow! Where to start?! This place is full of nothing but dishonest lowlife sales weenies. These guys haven't done 1 thing for me that they said they would and I bought a 23k car from them. Not only am I upset with my purchase but the customer service is beyond terrible. Someone was suppose to drive my car back the day of the purchase--5 days later and I still don't have my car back. The car was suppose to be detailed. It wasn't, dirt was all over it and the driver floor mat was torn up and just thrown in the car...at this point I blame myself for even trusting this dealership to help me find a good car. More

Beware added fraudulent charges! Watch carefully as Pinnacle Nissan will bamboozle you with bewildering paperwork. I believe Pinnacle Nissan systematically charges customers for unwan Watch carefully as Pinnacle Nissan will bamboozle you with bewildering paperwork. I believe Pinnacle Nissan systematically charges customers for unwanted, undisclosed, and undelivered items, burying them within undecipherable documents or not listing them at all. In a high-pressure, late-night, used-vehicle sale, Pinnacle Nissan charged me for four such items, totaling $1,614. After many months and letters, Pinnacle Nissan offered to refund me in full for its fraudulent charges in exchange for a non-disclosure agreement. To me, that is an admission of guilt--and a demand to buy my silence so that these fraudulent charges can continue with other customers. I declined to sign in order to preserve my right to publicize this underhanded business practice. In my case, the items were: * $325 for "Door edge guards" - not installed * $595 for "Window tinting" - CARFAX shows was done for car's first owner * $399 for "Zaktek" - appears to be obligatory (boldly pre-printed on contract) * $295 for "Nitrogen kit" - not mentioned or explained. $1614 total Except for a bold line item for Zaktek, none of these items appeared on the contract. I found them later in tiny print called "dealer added accessories" only on an early rough estimate of car payments which I was told to ignore. After I filed a complaint with the Attorney General, Pinnacle Nissan offered to refund the full $1,614 -- but required that I sign an NDA. I refused but offered to sign a release for payment in full. Pinnacle Nissan owes me $1,614; the company must pay without requiring anything from me. If I want to warn potential customers based upon my experience, I preserve that right and will not "sell" it for $1,614. This would be a good class action law suit if only I could find others with the same situation. More
