The service department broke during this visit and was replaced. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change and replacing two filters. This completely messed my whole day up. Terrible Experience. Purchased a used certified 21 Nissan Altima SR that has problems within 3 months of purchase. The front brakes are shot, the right turn signal bulb burned out, the driver side back door will not open, and a cigarette burn that was patched in the front driver seat pealed off so was covered up by the dealer or previous owner. Just went to service as I was told by my sale rep and the service dept tried to charge me for all repairs and even recommended an alignment! How a certified vehicle needs this kind of work is very questionable. I have called a few different times to speak with the GM, and each time I get told he is in a meeting. Spoke with Matt a sales manager, and still no help. Everyone wants to cover up the issue and not be accountable to help the customer and what was missed. More

I bought car from pinnacle and tire had nail. Pinnacle service department ill advised to replace tire having nail. The Car has completed only 18000 miles.
