Josey was very helpful when choosing my car. My issues with this dealership are, the price I had signed and agreed on is different than what’s on my paperwork and I’ve been contacting Josey spec My issues with this dealership are, the price I had signed and agreed on is different than what’s on my paperwork and I’ve been contacting Josey specifically to get an answer as to why this is. It’s a huge financial gap between prices. No one will get back to me on this. Very disappointing and poor communication. Second, the finance department is SO pushy when it comes to sales. I had said no several times to an extended warranty and finally he gave it to me for free which is nice, but I didn’t need it or want it. Third, I was told by the manager that finance was going to take care of me when it came to my interest rate. They had it written down for 8.99%, the finance guy told me it was 8.64%. To me, that’s not “taking care of me”.. this isn’t their fault, but don’t tell me that unless it’s actually going to be better. Pinnacle Nissan is just like any other dealership. They just want to make a sale and drop it after that. Just be aware of everything if you decide to purchase a vehicle from here. Check everything over multiple times if you have to. I learned a lesson. More
I always bring my car here. This time was strange. The clerk asked if I’ve ever been here before, he should do his homework before hand to know or look it up as I stood there. This time was strange. After getting home I read that the tech did not do the rotation! I am so angry! I put a lot of miles on and wanted this done. I imagine to save time…not his de decision. Plus they still wanted $120 for the work. More
I brought my car in due a knocking sound upon acceleration. My Nissan Rogue it s 2 yrs old with 20 k miles. After leaving my car there forv4 weeks due to parts being ordered it was supposedly f acceleration. My Nissan Rogue it s 2 yrs old with 20 k miles.
