I went to Pinnacle Nissan to look for a Nissan Altima, not only did they have great availability but Vincent really went out of his way to make my experience without a doubt the best I have ever had purch not only did they have great availability but Vincent really went out of his way to make my experience without a doubt the best I have ever had purchasing a car. The atomosphere was very friendly and calm and I was not in a rush to make a purchase right than and there. I happened to end up purchasing the Altima and love it very much, I really recommend this dealership. More
This is the second vehicle in 18 months that we purchased from this dealership and the experience was pleasant, they made us "the deal" and we're very happy with both of our purchases. Anna was extremely personable, helpful and very well informed. She referred me to Vincent who took the time to understand my needs, and continually ensured that they were met. I would refer friends to informed. She referred me to Vincent who took the time to understand my needs, and continually ensured that they were met. Walked on to the lot and was kindly greeted by the first Mike. He was very friendly and asked me exactly what I was there to do. Ended up buying a car and Mike recommended taking the car to the service depa Mike. He was very friendly and asked me exactly what I was there to do. Ended up buying a car and Mike recommended taking the car to the service department for all oil changes and other maintenance. I took my car in for service and the second Mike greeted me and took care of my car. I ended up spending less than what Mineke wanted for a standard oil change. I would recommend going to see either of these guys when buying a car or getting your car serviced! More
This is the 2nd time in 2 years that this service dept has tried to sell me repairs or services that were not needed. This last time (10/31/11) I was told I needed $1267 worth of repairs and services. Th has tried to sell me repairs or services that were not needed. This last time (10/31/11) I was told I needed $1267 worth of repairs and services. These included replacing the dirty air filter, replacing the dirty brake fluid, replacing the dirty power steering fluid, replacing the dirty automatic transmission fluid, and replacing the L & R lower control arms, whicch they said the bushings were split/leaking. I had had the air filterr and the fluids replaced earlier this year and have only driven the car 5000 miles since then. I checked the filter and the fluids later and found that none were dirty and that they all looked new. I got a 2nd opinion on the lower control arms which said that they were not near needing replacement. More
Took my LEAF in for 6 month service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Good experience. However, the next day the low-tire-presure light on my dash lighted up. I drove my car into Costco and got friendly and helpful. Good experience. However, the next day the low-tire-presure light on my dash lighted up. I drove my car into Costco and got the tires filled. Turns out the tires were inflated to 3-4 lbs. below the recommendation from Nissan. So, if I can't trust them to inflate the tires correctly, what can I trust??? More

Did I get a good price at the dealership: Initially Yes. Did I get a good price at the dealership: Initially Yes. What happened: I was lied to and my intelligence was questioned. Details: While closing th Did I get a good price at the dealership: Initially Yes. What happened: I was lied to and my intelligence was questioned. Details: While closing the deal with me, Vince and Jason informed me that to work the price for me, I need to go for NMAC financing. I was informed that I can prepay the amount after 45 days and I have nothing to lose since I will be provided 0% APR. Also I can pay whatever cash down amount I would like. (I wanted to do all cash deal but I agreed with those terms) No prepayment charges. I was then made to wait 3:30 hours mentioning that the detailing for the car is happening and then there are a couple of customers ahead of me. Fair enough and I waited. Lie#1: In comes, the finance manager and he informs me that my APR would be 3.99% (Not coherent with what I was told earlier). The reason I was given was that I can't avail the rebate and 0% APR (He admitted that I have excellent credit). When asked to show where, I was taken to KBB's website (?? Shouldn't this be on your or Nissan's website written in plain english). Lie#2: I was told by the finance manager that the APR shouldn't matter as I intend to prepay after 45 days and my final price shouldn't change. I asked them to give it to me in writing. In comes another sales manager and he agree. Finance manager and Sales manager have a side conversation outside the room and the sales manager say he will but will not mention the specifics. (Then what use it is??) I simply asked, give me a statement saying "Mr X purchased car with VIN# at a total price of $XYZ. He made a down payment of $ABC and the remaining $ (XYZ-ABC) will be due after 45 days, if he wishes to prepay. But they didn't agree for this. When I informed them that I am a MBA in Finance and I understand how EMI's work, the finance manager said but I told you so that you will have to pay some interest on the first payment as well (Not what he said and he went back on his own word. I had 2 friends with me, who heard the same version as I did). I could have done the deal knowing that I may at the most loose a couple of hundred bucks even if I prepay or loose 4000 bucks if I don't. However what irritated me the most is that I was lied to, my intelligence was questioned. I don't think that is a professional behavior. I am cribbing because I felt cheated. I would only pass one moral here. Please keep your ears and mind open when you talk to the finance here. All you know you are one like me whose intelligence is at question here!! More
I've dealt with a ton of dealerships in the past five years but I can say that Pinnacle gave me the best personal attention to me and my family that I can remember. Vincent was very knowledgeable about years but I can say that Pinnacle gave me the best personal attention to me and my family that I can remember. Vincent was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had a great sales approach (giving me information as I wanted it instead of overselling). In finance Tommy gave me multiple options and let me decide what I felt best fit my budget. Customer service is everything to me and these guys really delivered! More
