I was assisted first through one service tech, Billy, who when I requested to call back because I wanted to call somewhere else for a better estimate gave a long sigh of frustration. Once it was ready I spoke with Wes who said my vehicle was ready and when I get to the dealership I was helped by Dan because Billy and Wes were not there, Dan was resistant when I requested the price breakdown and all 3 treated me, a woman, as someone who didn't know what I was asking for. Additionally they offered to wash my car and I accepted and it was not washed when I picked it up. More
