Doug Barsell is the reason that I service my car at Pinnacle Nissan. He is the most professional, patient, caring and organized, service advisor, that I have worked with at any dealership. I brought a car in and was VERY clear that it was going on a road trip. That I needed it checked from top to bottom, left to right. Got it home, and one of the tires was almost flat - a minor thing but so on a road trip. That I needed it checked from top to bottom, left to right. Suspiciously right after being in the shop - did they forget to tighten something? I won't be going back there again. More

This is by far the worst experience of my life. I don't EVER want to go through a dealership again if they are like this. Everyone that my daughter and I dealt with were slimy liars!!! Both Michael and Cookie were a pleasure to work with. My only complaint would be that the process took too long. I was purchasing a leased vehicle.
