Both Michael and Cookie were a pleasure to work with. My only complaint would be that the process took too long. I was purchasing a leased vehicle. This is my best recollection of a recent conversation I had with a Pinnacle Nissan Service Advisor, when I walked in to the service bay: Me: Hi there. I just bought a brand new Nissan 370Z. I'd like had with a Pinnacle Nissan Service Advisor, when I walked in to the service bay: Me: Hi there. I just bought a brand new Nissan 370Z. I'd like to change the in-cabin airfilter. The owners manual says to contact your Nissan dealer for further details. I'm looking for details. My understanding is it is located right behind the glove box, and is relatively easy to change. Advisor: I'd have to look into it, I don't know. I believe you are correct, it is easy to change, it is behind the glove box. Not sure if you have to remove some of the dash however, which may be more labor intensive. Me: Is there anyone here who knows about this, one of your technicians perhaps? I'd like to buy the part from you (I already spoke to the parts dept) but would like a little advice on popping it in myself. Advisor: I cannot tell you how to replace it yourself. However the cost to have us do it is $100. Me: Really? You will not tell me what is involved in changing it? Advisor: Yes, if I told you how to do it, what kind of service business would I have? Me: (jaw on floor) Really? Advisor: YES (looks directly at me). Me: walks out, speechless. Lesson I learned is if you are looking for a friendly service tech who is less focused on your dollar and more focused on you being a happy Nissan customer, don't ask for advice at Pinnacle. I subsequently called another dealer, found someone happy to tell me what to watch out for (5 min conversation) and then I changed the filter in about 10 min. As for what kind of service business Pinnacle might have, it will be zero business on my car(s). If I broke down in front of Pinnacle Nissan, I'd tow my car elsewhere. More
Very friendly and helpful Sales Consultant, Eric. We bought a Hybrid vehicle and he was very knowledgable about it. I will be having my vehicle serviced at this Nissan dealership in the future, oil changes etc. More
I recently purchased a brand new Nissan Murano from Pinnacle Nissan and my sales person was Robert Jellison. On the day that I purchased my vehicle, I was simply going to the dealership to "sit in a Mu Pinnacle Nissan and my sales person was Robert Jellison. On the day that I purchased my vehicle, I was simply going to the dealership to "sit in a Murano"... although I was looking to purchase a vehicle, I didn't think it would be that day. However, Robert and the rest of the crew from Pinnacle made me feel so comfortable that I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. I feel that I got a very fair deal from the dealership and I was very pleased with having Robert as my sales person. Now to be fair, not everything ran as smoothly as possible. There were a couple of very small glitches that happened but Robert was my "point person" on all the issues. He resolved them to my satisfaction within a very short period of time (a day) and I was pleased with the outcome. I have been in Customer Service for over 25 years and I know that it really is how the business responds to these inevitable "service failures" that tells you what kind of business you are dealing with. Every... and I mean... EVERY business has these service failures, but it has been proven that if the business can recover quickly enough that the customer becomes even more loyal than if they had never encountered a problem to begin with. Such is the case with me. I am confident that if I ever do have a problem with my vehicle or anything else related to my purchase, that Pinnacle Nissan... and more importantly, my "point person" Robert Jellison... will be there to make it right. Robert is that unique kind of Sales person who assumes responsibility for you long after you have purchased the vehicle. He doesn't just pass you off to other departments once his process is done. That has been my unfortunate experience with other dealers, but not with Pinnacle... and certainly not with Robert. Take my advice... if you are in the market for a new car... think Nissan... think Pinnacle... and think Robert Jellison. I am sure that you, too, will be leaving a glowing comment on Dealerrater after your experience. More

Brought my car in for service today and received great customer service that was fiendly and my overall experience was great. Had an oil change and tires rotated that took less than and hour. I recently bought Nissan Altima 2007 from Pinnacle Nissan and since then, I am having issues with getting my loan approved and getting the plates etc. They will care till the car was sold and since then, it and since then, I am having issues with getting my loan approved and getting the plates etc. They will care till the car was sold and since then, it is your headache to follow-up and see whether loan was approved or not, getting new plates etc. The customer service was pathetic.
