I have had a miserable experience working with this service department. I brought my 2018 Rogue in for CVT replacement with 4 codes. And after the transmission replacement, I got my car back and it dro service department. I brought my 2018 Rogue in for CVT replacement with 4 codes. And after the transmission replacement, I got my car back and it drove even worse. I got my car on 08DEC23 and literally when I pulled down the street I called the service advisor, and he said I have to drive the car for a few days so it can "relearn" my driving pattern. On Sunday I left a message and did not get a call on Monday like I was told I would. The car just basically "Transmission Brakes" continuously. I took it back to them 19DEC23 and I still have the 4 codes. I asked the advisor if he could look at the report when I brought it in and he said he could not because it is not accessible. I asked isn't it on the computer? He stated it was not it was in a box and he would need time to have someone retrieve it. There is NO WAY a company this has that sort of process!. I am almost certain they are going to make the $2900 mean absolutely nothing!!! Just terrible More

This is by far my worst car buying experience with Pinnacle Nissan on frank llyod wright in Scottsdale, after not being able to sell the car they advertised, the sells men try to sell me a car that is outside the price range we agreed over the phone then proceeds to tell me I'll find you a cheaper car. I went on a test drive in this car I bought 09/06 and returned it 09/07 the next day not even 24hours after my purchase, of a car you charged me almost 20k for has transmission issues per your car service men. So if this vehicle went through all these 150 point inspections and is certified how would this issue not be known if they found it when I returned the next day because the vehicle was never inspected before selling and you knowingly sold me a car with issues the fact that your shiesty sales men prey on women who come to a dealership alone and the fact that women have to take a man with them to buy a car is sick you sell cars wholesale to million dollar companies for pennies on the dollar allday, yet you take advantage of hard working women is so sad. Your company is committed fraud and false advertising by selling a vehicle that you know has issues, after claiming its certified/inspected used car for 20,000. Then I brought it back less than 24hours stating I didnt want it because there is something wrong with it, and liars and thieves refuse to take the car back. Your company should be Sued and shut down for robbing hard working people/citizens/women More
