Do not attempt to buy used from here. We tried to buy a used Toyota carolla on Dec 15, 2022. We were told it was having some work done but we could pay then and test drive when it’s done We tried to buy a used Toyota carolla on Dec 15, 2022. We were told it was having some work done but we could pay then and test drive when it’s done and if we didn’t like it then get a refund. Well over a week later (instead of 1-2 days) we were told it was ready. Drove up to go test drive it and the oil light comes on. Get back to the dealership and tell them and they say ok we will fix it. This was the Friday before Christmas. Get a call Tuesday after Christmas saying that the engine blew, bring back the loaner and we can get a refund or else they can help us find another car. We brought back the loaner same day and (thankfully) got a full refund. The whole time thru this process we had to pressure them for any updates at all, and mostly we’re just dragged along. Now, just a few days after the engine supposedly blew, the car is back up for sale on their website, same price, no disclosure about all the problems, and no updates to its carfax about all the work they supposedly did. Highly doubt they put a whole new engine in a 2005 carolla just to sell for the same price. This deals of a scam. Buyer beware!!! More
The absolute worst experience of a vehicle purchase I have ever had. The level of dishonesty that permeates throughout the establishment it utterly astonishing, even for a car dealership. I had to show up in person any time there was an issue because over the phone they lie and stall. Typical bait and switch game, lies about car being ready to go, lies about issues with the car, lies about what they have done to the car, lies about parts being sent to me directly and when they were sent. Reginald was completely useless. He lied over the phone, he lied in person and then hid in his office for the next 4 days avoiding anything to do with the car deal. He was our salesman, though we spoke to more and spent more time with every other salesperson on the floor. His ability to pass the buck as well as duck and hide is impressive. Nearly a month and a half after purchase and I am still waiting to find out where the Infotainment System is for the 4 Runner I purchased. I have been lied to multiple times saying that it was overnighted, when it was not. I cannot get a straight answer out of anyone. Be very careful with this outfit, the only consistency is their commitment to utter dishonesty. More
I had a great experience with the sales manager and the sales associate Jay. They all worked together well and had me and my toddler out sooner than most dealerships that I purchased from in the past. Ever sales associate Jay. Zero stars. Appalling. A sales associate for the dealer contacted my 20 year old son in reference to his listing for his 2008 BMW that he was selling and invit Appalling. The dealership offered my so $250 - yes TWO HUNDRED and FIFTY dollars towards is trade in which could easily be sold third party for $15k with all the upgrades and modifications on it! What the actual heck??!! I expected a low ball offer - closer to the $10k mark, but $250???????????????????? Legit. $250. I got on the phone with the sales guy and he said he could only offer auction value. Why did you even have my son come to the dealership in the first place?! The sales guy knew about all the modifications and upgrades on the car as they were listed in the online ad - why waste 2 hours of my son's time showing him new cars and running numbers only to offer $250 for his trade in?? Absolutely disgusting and totally offensive business practice. Awful, awful, awful. More
