I live in California so they overnighted me docs to sign for the car. I sent them back and did not hear anything for several days. I called Reginald who said he would look into it. About a week later Reginald called and said that he had gotten out of a meeting about the car I was going to buy and that they could not sell it to me because Nissan put a stop sale on the car for a recall. They didnt estimate the amout of time to get the car fixed so I cancelled the deal. That same afternoon, my credit card was debited $1000.00. Now, in the original purchase agreement, I was going to put $1000.00 down on the car. I called reginald who said that the money would be credited to my account in three days. That was a week and a half ago. Reginald did not respond to a text message I sent him this past friday about the $1000.00 credit. This dealership is horrible. I have even asked Reginald to have a manager contact me, with no luck as of this review. More

I’m totally disappointed with the sales team for the second time. Yes it's second time, i thought i should never go to Pinnacle nissan but they pulled again with a fake promise to give a good deal for second time. Yes it's second time, i thought i should never go to Pinnacle nissan but they pulled again with a fake promise to give a good deal for trade in. Your sales person Addison called me saying that they could give 26k for my car if i accept their deal for trade in. I agreed to that and accepted the appointment for the same. Once i visited the showroom their your sales person Addison changed his words telling me that offer was over indicated that he cannot give the previously said deal, so I immediately to turned out to leave the site by expressing my disappointment. Then another sales person Dillon( maybe misspelled ) he promised that he will get a good deal as said before and told me that the other person did a mistake in telling the prices. I kind of got some hint that this is going to be another bad experience. Though I clearly gave my specifications about SUV, Dillon was showing me small cars in-spite of me telling him that i need a intermediate size SUV which i currently own. Finally I myself chosen a car of my need. Then started with negotiation, my car’s trade in value was given only 19k which is too low from what they initially told me. I'm about to lose 5k for my car. Though I explained my concern about this low price, your sales person was compelling in different ways to accept this offer. It was totally a bad experience and waste of time. They kept my car key and almost denying to giving it back. I’ve completely lost trust with pinnacle nissan. Calling me with some fake trade-in price, trying to sell me a unsuitable cars, compelling me to buy even if objecting the price. I'm going to report this incident. More
Extremely disappointed with my car buying experience with Pinnacle. The actual vehicle is fantastic but the experience has been made extremely difficult. My husband is currently deployed and we are living out of state with family. We have had our eye out for a specific vehicle and were able to finally find it online at Pinnacle. We began the process of purchasing the vehicle from out of state, as we were assured they were professional with their delivery experience and frequently work with out of state customers. As we moved through the process, Pinnacle was very hard to get in touch with. Our sales person never reached out to us with information or a timeline, instead I’d call the dealership and be bounced around for quite a few minutes before connecting with anyone. Once our car was delivered to the state we were in, it was running on fumes with a completely empty tank, and multiple check engine lights were on. Thankfully, we have a trusted dealership near us that was able to complete all necessary fixes, but receiving the car in this condition was very disappointing, especially because we couldn’t get an appointment for the repairs for 2.5 weeks, so the car had to just sit idle for that time. Since we bought the car out of state and in an odd situation while my husband was deployed, we were told by our sales person, the finance department, and the used car sales manager they would issue us an additional 30 day extended temporary tag until we were back to our home state to complete the registration. When I called to request the extended tag, I was told this is something they cannot and will not do. I was told sometimes they get confused when things are out of state because they don’t do out of state sales often (complete opposite of what we were told at the beginning of this process) I found the service extremely disappointing and would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this business. We had a sizable downpayment, great credit, and tried to be easy to work with, however it seemed they went out of their way to make things difficult for a military family in a somewhat chaotic deployment situation. Worst experience ever buying a vehicle. Maybe it was the color of my skin. I should have walked out when the first finance guy treated me like I was stupid. They trick you and switch paper work around and n color of my skin. I should have walked out when the first finance guy treated me like I was stupid. They trick you and switch paper work around and never call back. Service is just as terrible Everyone who works there is a so called manager and no one address any of your issues. I am trading in my cars because I want nothing to do with these racist jerks. Dont ever buy a car from these mean horrible people who care nothing about you More
Wow, what a guy (if you want to call yourself that). Challenging and threatening me over the phone and tells me that he'll clear his appointments to meet me face to face. Sure... I'll go meet you, I tol Challenging and threatening me over the phone and tells me that he'll clear his appointments to meet me face to face. Sure... I'll go meet you, I told him I'd be there is 30min. I took the 20 mile drive just to see what Ricardo looked like and to grab a business card. Comes up pumped chest and arms out, and starts. I ask him for a business card, he looks confused as that is all I asked for. He comes back with a card and then asks if there is anything else. I'm like, nope that's it. He then challenges me some more "Sounded like you had a lot more to say over the phone". I did have more to say, but I'm not wasting my breath on this poor excuse of a manager. I feel sorry for the secretary/admin assistant, the look of fear on her face from the way Ricardo was acting. I hope that the owner that claims he over heard the conversation takes care of this situation. Nissan dealership only receives 3 stars for the lack of ownership and follow up on our issue. They do receive a few stars as they've accepted their mistakes. Ricardo doesn't get any stars (i had to put one), this is not someone you want on your team. A virus! More
I am completely dissatisfied with the sales people at Pinnacle Nissan.. First, they email me about looking for a vehicle. Next, i find the stock number (from their website) for 2 vehicles. Then they prov Pinnacle Nissan.. First, they email me about looking for a vehicle. Next, i find the stock number (from their website) for 2 vehicles. Then they provide me with a purchase order from 1 of the 2 vehicles. I ask about the other and the sales Manager calls my phone amd proceeds to tell me the numbers for another vehicle I didn't even inquire about when i emailed his sales person the stock number. Then he asks me which stock number is it? Was completely rude and made some disparaging remarks.. Please do not go to this dealership they obviously do not care to listen to the customer and then lie about their inventory only to upsale you on a more higher priced vehicle. As a black man i truly felt discriminated against.. There should be no reason anyone gets talked to and harassed on a Saturday when they are with their kids. Shameful... More
Worst experience. Beware of such money minded people who try to extract as much as money on you. These people force you to buy a car for a certain price and also on the backend they would take all your mon try to extract as much as money on you. These people force you to buy a car for a certain price and also on the backend they would take all your money in the form of DMV credit/title refunds or useless protection plans. Showing off my interest to buy a car was the biggest problem, they formed a team and made every move to convince me, after a long conversation we arrived at a deal. On the minute before signing the contract, they included a protection plan which i don't have any idea and took off any money from DMV title refund as a credit to balance the deal. So beware of such acts, they will showcase as such they agreed to the price but on the background, the finance person would figure out all the possible ways to put up the cost on you. Though my credit history was very good, they gave me a very high APR, i was so disappointed. I didn't back off even after all this, that is big mistake. Wait, disappointments are not over yet, there is one more twist at the end, they gave only one key for the car though i was given an impression like both the keys were there. Once they sell a car, you will not get any respect. I was treated very badly when i went back the next day, to enquire about the title refund. There is a person who takes care of the finance and get your contract signed, he is the one who messed up my buying experience. Infact, he tried hard on me to buy an additional $3k bumper to bumper warranty, and he was little rude while turned him down. He took the liberty of his position to set me with the high APR and also took away from title refund without my knowledge using my acknowledgement on transfer ownership. This incident happened in Pinnacle Nissan on September 2021. I want to give 0 stars to sales mans involved (mark smith, regie), finance manager, desk manager and the customer care. I responded to the survey with all my concerns to Anna Algiene, left a voicemail too but no response or sign of action in return. I feel helpless and cornered. More

HORRIBLE experience at this dealership!! Salesperson was great! Finance and other management disrespectful!!! Told them my top down payment and payment I wanted to be at and everytime I tried to leave they great! Finance and other management disrespectful!!! Told them my top down payment and payment I wanted to be at and everytime I tried to leave they followed. Also took my debit card which I thought was strange..but found out that is a strategy tactic to keep you there. A GM contacted me via email and I replied telling him about the awful experience I had and to no surprise I never received a reply!! Do not go here they try to make you feel "less than" and humiliated me in front of others in the parking lot upon leaving! More
