Great Experience! The sales team was positive and fair in their dealings with me. Listen to my wants and concerns and made the new car experience amazing! their dealings with me. Listen to my wants and concerns and made the new car experience amazing! More
Reginald Poindexter reached out to me via email when he had seen I had been on their website. Midway Nissan had helped me obtain the vehicle that I wanted, which was owned by Pinnacle Nissan. The vehicle had seen I had been on their website. Midway Nissan had helped me obtain the vehicle that I wanted, which was owned by Pinnacle Nissan. The vehicle was actually listed on Peoria Nissan's website. I was short on time and called ahead to have the vehicle ready, and was assured it would be pulled up front and ready when I arrived. When I arrived, I learned that the car was not at Peoria Nissan, it was actually at Pinnacle Nissan. Well, 4 weeks prior I had purchased a car from Midway Nissan and had a great experience, however they did not have the color I wanted. So when I realized the car was not at Peoria Nissan, I called my finance person at Midway. He quickly got on it and within an hour informed me that they would have this vehicle on their lot that afternoon! When Reginald emailed me, it was to see if he could sell me a vehicle. I emailed him back and thanked him, informing him that I had indeed purchased the vehicle. This is the unacceptable response I received back: "So no chance to even see what we could do. well thanks for time!!!!" This is simply unacceptable from ANY employee, let alone a manager! Needless to say, Peoria Nissan and Pinnacle Nissan have lost my respect and any future business from me. I recommend Midway Nissan! They have gone above and beyond on two car sales for me in the past 4 weeks! They are polite, offer outstanding customer service and did not mislead me in any way!! More
My buying experience was fine. My car was fine. The solicitation for the last three years has been unbearable. After Numerous attempts to get them to stop calling and emailing for Solicitation , I fin solicitation for the last three years has been unbearable. After Numerous attempts to get them to stop calling and emailing for Solicitation , I finally filed a complaint today with the Federal Trade Commission. The sad part, I would have purchased again from them. They never let us. I have since moved to another brand. More
So this is tough to rate performance because Mitch is a great salesman. So I would give Mitch 5 Stars and finance 0 stars which equals 2.5. For the dealership I have to give 1 star because the overall expe great salesman. So I would give Mitch 5 Stars and finance 0 stars which equals 2.5. For the dealership I have to give 1 star because the overall experience was ruined by the Shady side of the business. Nothing to do with Mitch, He knows how to build rapport, he negotiates in the right way, he tries to fight for the dealer side (which he should) & doesn’t take it personal when you fight for your wallet. I will say the AD car price should simply be the AD car price but that’s not up to him. Finance: disasters! Garrett may just be the most unethical person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in the car business (helped over 100 people plus buy vehicles not to mention many years selling cars. Trying to increase a price already negotiated, tried to say the bank required warranty coverage (lies). When he wasn’t selling his product threatened to sell for the original “payment” regardless of the price of the car (unethical). Tried multiple times to slip in price increases and was caught and simply made up lies to cover them (most people wouldn’t notice $500 here and there as he would say it’s “fees or some additional package, problem is packages are part of the as price as long as it’s the As car!). Garrett will put after market items into the deal he never even discussed with you such as interior Zactec (exterior is part of the deal so he slides interior in to make more $. He simply is unethical, avoid him if you can or simply just go to another dealer. Mitch (Sales) was the bright spot as usual with dealerships, guys who work the hardest and have to grind for every dollar are the most ethical while the worst of them gets to see every customer and tear them apart throwing gap, warranties, Zactec, ect into deals without ever discussing them. Sad. I simply won’t be back, I will continue to help friends and friends of friends buy cars and we will be avoiding Pinnacle. Best wishes Mitch you did great. More

Women Buyers Be Aware of TOXIC Masculinity! I read that women buy 54% of cars in the US and influence 85% of the vehicle purchase decisions. Yet, most women, including myself, dread the car buy I read that women buy 54% of cars in the US and influence 85% of the vehicle purchase decisions. Yet, most women, including myself, dread the car buying experience because women are often ignored, patronized and just plainly ripped off. Even informed and savvy women often receive different treatment from men and have a harder time getting what they want. Even though more women are obtaining a bachelor's degree and higher than men (36% compared to 28% according to a report released by the Institute for Women's Policy Research), women earn $0.81 for every dollar men earned by men and toxic masculinity remains as a cultural norm. I recently encountered toxic masculinity from a Sales Manager and General Sales Manager at Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale, Arizona. The pre-owned vehicle I purchased came with two keys. It turned out that one of the keys belong to another vehicle and the dealer initially refused the replaced the missing key. This is a list of comments I received: We made a mistake. We do not have two keys for that car. 1. What would you want me to do about it? 2. Show me in writing that says this car has two keys. 3. I will pay you the dealer cost for the new key. 4. No, I will not pay for the new key. You can return the car. During these conversations, these managers were patronizing and often talked over me. I repeatedly told the General Sales Manager not to talk over me, and he should wait his turn. Subsequently, he called me rude and said he will hang up the phone. When I expressed that I will share my experience of this encounter that consists of unprofessionalism and poor customer service from Pinnacle Nissan , the General Sales Manager said "don't threaten me". I took the offer to return the car "over a key", as the General Sales Manager put it. Then, he paused, and must have came to a realization that I had a key that belongs to a car in his lot. He said I need to give back the key, and I declined to do so until I have a replacement. Then, he immediately softened his tone and said that he did not hear me say that I have a key that belongs to another car, the dealer made a mistake, and he will order a key at no cost to me. According to Pinnacle Nissan 's website, they care about customer experience and want feedback in areas they are doing well and areas they need to improve. So here it is: 1. Treat women with respect - do not patronize and talk over women. 2. Do not waste people's time by being argumentative and patronizing. 3. Do the right thing. 4. Keep your words by honoring them. I cannot imagine that the cost of a key for a dealer such as Pinnacle Nissan would break their bank. Was this a good business decision to save a few dollars and waste one of your customer's time and energy along with a public posting of this embarrassment? More
Avoid This dealership like Covid-19 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱-𝟭𝟵 - Do not take your vehicle here for 𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱-𝟭𝟵 - Do not take your vehicle here for 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, I called Pinnacle Nissan and spoke to 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐢 in the service department about my vehicle getting hot. I let him know that it is running at 240 degrees and he said it is normal. I let him know that normal operating temperature is 185-205 and he argued with me saying that 240 degree is not overheating and it is normal after this escalating I asked to speak to his supervisor. His supervisor said that normal operating temperature is 190-202 so he doesn't know why Billy would say 240 is normal. I was also bringing in my 2019 Titan for a recall and possibly to trade it in on a new vehicle, but now I will take my business elsewhere. This isn't the first time that this dealership has burnt me so hopefully I learned my lesson this time. More
