It doesn't deserve to be in business! All departments are set to fleece the public. The sales department doesn't keep it's promises to provide missing and owed new car equipment. Finance falsifies contract documents and challenges you to catch them. It even takes several requests even a week after the sale to get copies of the documents. The Service Department completed a a pre-delivery inspection missing damaged tire that should have been replaced. When confronted with it they were arrogant and combative. Senior Management must condone how their Departments operate because the Customer Service Phone Number goes directly to an answering machine. No calls are ever returned. If you do business with Pinnacle Nissan read the paperwork and prepare to be disappointed! More
