Spoke with Anna on Weds. 4/15/2020. She was very nice and told me that she would have the GM Charles follow up with me since I still had not made a purchase on a new Kicks. As of this writing I am still waiting on that follow up?

Still no response from the GM Charles. Wonder what that means? I have a perception of what I think it means which I will leave to the imagination of all who read this review in the future. As the GM and a professional, Charles should follow up with me. Even if we agree to disagree, it is the right thing to do.

To conclude this review, I never did receive a response from Charles. Speaks for itself and shows a clear lack of leadership and accountability. That is where the problem lies at this dealership. I ended up purchasing a new 2020 Kicks SV from Larry H Miller Nissan.

I'll take a pass at calling Anna - no sense in ruining her day. This was not merely a lack of follow up issue. You folks have a serious issue with Jack, and a coward with Charles. Mitch says he told Charles about the issue and Charles elected to ignore it. For the record, I personally own 200 Peterbilt trucks, 25 service vehicles, and 4 personal vehicles - I told them all going in this was not my first rodeo and yet they still let an arrogant kid (Jack) try to play sales games with me. Mitch did a good job at getting us in the door (when we really didn't want to get out of the car), we made a deal on an Escalade we were satisfied with, then Jack shred it rudely and tried a bait and switch. He's a jerk. We bought another vehicle at Van Chevrolet from people that seemed to want our business. Enough said.
