Took a little longer than I was told to finish up paperwk. . Finance guy didn't believe me when I told him I had no interest in buying a warranty. Price out the door way better than could expect to get from another dealer. First time I"d bought here, and now I can see why they do such a volume. Don't go here!!!! Our entire experience with Pinnacle Nissan has been a nightmare. We were drawn to the dealership because of their advertised price on their website f Our entire experience with Pinnacle Nissan has been a nightmare. We were drawn to the dealership because of their advertised price on their website for a used Jeep Patriot. They jacked up the "out the door" price by over $2500 for what they claimed were already applied upgrades that could not be removed (paint protection, tinted windows, door guard, blah blah blah). The service department gives you attitude and the run around every time you contact them. Apparently there is no management or supervisor for any departments or at least never one on the premises because every time you ask for one there is not one available. The sales calls are endless, no matter how many times you tell them how unhappy you are and that they're on crack if they think you'd ever do business with them again. I could go on for hours over all the issues we've experienced with this xxxx hole. Just scroll through the other reviews, I can almost assure you that the positive reviews are given by customers who jumped the gun on giving the review. Just please heed my advice and purchase your vehicle anywhere but at Pinnacle Nissan. More
