The team in The service department at Pioneer Ford is absolutely amazing! My Raptor has a break-in period of 1,000 miles. Being someone who was raised around cars, a break-in periods are something I b absolutely amazing! My Raptor has a break-in period of 1,000 miles. Being someone who was raised around cars, a break-in periods are something I believe in and carefully abide by, however I take it a step further. At just over 1,000 miles I took it in for its first “oil change”. My Service Advisor was and will, Ed Pineda. He was working with another customer when I arrived, but not a problem! He was quick to make sure before I had left to the waiting area to great me and review my service requests that the other advisor Tyler had taken down. Protective coverings were placed in the car before it went into service! This is a huge detail to me coming from a fixed operations background. The service was completed quickly and my vehicle even got a complementary car wash! Hardly anytime at all. They completed a multipoint inspection and let me know everything looked great! I have to pass many Ford Dealers to get to Pioneer, as I live in North Georgia, but the service experience is definitely worth the drive! Thanks again to everyone at Pioneer Ford for allowing me to continue to “Experience the Difference”!!! More
