Most dealers would have turned the heat up and applied the pressure, not Pioneer Ford of Bremen. Instead, I was asked if I had any questions and what I wanted. I was realistic, kept and open mind, and here I am today, driving a 2019 Race Red Raptor. I not only saw a difference in the way Pioneer Ford does business, but I truly did experience the difference. I was not pleased with the service department. I don’t like greasy hand prints left on my fender and oil on my valve cover and exhaust manifold when my truck is serviced. This last service, I went back in like greasy hand prints left on my fender and oil on my valve cover and exhaust manifold when my truck is serviced. This last service, I went back in and told the service writer and he said he would have someone take care of it. After growing tired of waiting, I cleaned the mess up myself. When I went in to discard the paper towels I used, a mechanic asked which truck. I told him I had already cleaned it up. This is twice I had my truck serviced there and twice I had oil on the valve cover and exhaust manifold. I do not like the smell of burning oil in my truck. The mechanics need to pay more attention to detail. More
