Service Dept. did the best they could. The service dept. did a great job. I have no complaints about the Service Dept. The problem was the wheel was back ordered several times. My experience was excellent I had a good experience at Pioneer Ford. I worked with Heather Garner, who was fantastic both during my shopping time and once I purchased the Ford Ed I had a good experience at Pioneer Ford. She was most helpful in mentoring me with regard to the bells and whistles on the car, and could not have been more courteous or helpful when I called her 3-4 times with follow-up questions.
