Untrustworthy Purchased a car that was previously wrecked and repaired. Dealership only gave us 2 pages of the Car Fax leaving out the pages that reported the damag Purchased a car that was previously wrecked and repaired. Dealership only gave us 2 pages of the Car Fax leaving out the pages that reported the damage and accident. Salesman stated the car had never been wrecked. We found out 6 months later while getting the car serviced. We informed Pioneer Ford but they were unhelpful and showed no remorse for misleading and lying to us. Shame on you Pioneer Ford! We will not be using your dealership ever again. More

He said the Limited F-150 was a very nice truck so this is what I brought and I like it a lot. The salesman name was Joel, he helped me and stayed in contact with me till the deal was done. An absolute NIGHTMARE. Pioneer Ford came highly recommended to us. After purchasing a spare truck to haul our camper with a handful of times a year, we noticed it had an oi Pioneer Ford came highly recommended to us. After purchasing a spare truck to haul our camper with a handful of times a year, we noticed it had an oil leak. We were thrilled to hear how great Pioneer Ford had been to others and looked forward to having a reliable company to bring the vehicle to for not only this repair, but any other future repairs/oil changes on this vehicle or to even purchase a newer truck when it was time to upgrade this one. Our excitement quickly turned to major disappointment. We brought the truck in for an oil leak and wanted them to fix that as well as look over the vehicle, as we will travel in this as a family for camping trips throughout the year and just wanted to ensure it was safe. There were a handful of things that needed to be replaced and repaired, as can be expected on an older truck that we were happy to pay to have fixed, but before we could even get the truck home after Pioneer Ford claimed they fixed it, it lost power and believe it or not, STILL had an oil leak after just spending close to $3000 to have it fixed. Thankfully we were able to get the truck BACK to Pioneer Ford again and they claimed to have fixed it a 2nd time. Thankfully there were no more issues with it losing power, but it STILL has an oil leak. Not just a drip or 2 , as that is totally understandable on an older truck with higher miles, but a good 1/2 cup of oil leaked over a matter of a couple of days, which may actually be worse than when we brought it to Pioneer! After talking with multiple friends/family about what Pioneer did to us, we found a friend who was a former Ford mechanic and he so graciously came to our home to check out the truck. I felt we needed another opinion on it as our trust in Pioneer Ford has been completely shattered at this point. He was able to find an oil pan SO loose that he was able to spin it 4 complete rotations by hand and a drain plug that needed to be switched out. He also noticed that it looks as if Pioneer Ford did not even touch the high pressure oil pump seal which is what they claimed was the source of the leak. So now we're out $2,700 for an issue Pioneer Ford actually made worse AND are have had to go back behind them and pay someone else to fix what they didn't. Thankfully our friend was able to fix the oil leak by simply tightening the oil pan and switching out the drain plug, but now we feel like Pioneer Ford has taken complete advantage of us. While we paid in partial cash and did the remainder on our credit card, a dispute will be filed for faulty service to hopefully try to recoup some of the money we lost by Pioneer's poor service. We are so disappointed in this company and will obviously never do business with them again and have been surprised at just how many other friends we've found out have had negative experiences with Pioneer Ford as well! They've also lost the business of those that recommended them to us, I'm sure you can imagine their embarrassment. More
