My initial contact with the service department did not go well when I called from 300 miles away on the highway saying I was having problems with my new Jeep and heading their way. It seemed to be an exerci well when I called from 300 miles away on the highway saying I was having problems with my new Jeep and heading their way. It seemed to be an exercise in what could not be done rather than making me confident that I had chosen the right dealer service department to visit. However, my experience with James, the Service Writer, and the Service Consultant, Hallie, when I arrived three hours later, more than made up for it with wonderful service. They were courteous, caring, and professional, and had my Jeep repaired, washed, and back on the road within 40 minutes. James was great and Hallie Hepler was absolutely amazing. They saved our trip and allowed me to make it home to Utah the next day in time to attend my son's graduation. More
