When a customer makes an appointment, they expect to actually have an appointment. I made an appointment for an oil change at 1030am. We didn't get out of the dealership until 115pm. Just shy of 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation (We were surprised they did, as the last 2 times we were pretty sure they didn't. We made sure to mark the tires this time, just to be certain.) That's ridiculous how long the service took. I've worked in the industry before doing this and more. I could go literally across the street and get the same service done in 15–30 minutes including the wait in line. This is most likely the last time we get both our cars serviced at Planet Ford. Service General Manager: If someone makes an appointment and is on time, and is waiting for the car, get them in and out fast, or you're going to lose customers like my family. My Service Manager did a good job, even gave a discount that we didn't ask for the delay, but 3 hours of our day was wasted.
