I brought my 2014 CR-V in for a 60,000 mile service. Brian K. did a good job telling me what services were needed and an estimate as well. Unfortunately, there were additional issues that needed to be addressed due to the age and wear on the car. Brian kept me in the loop and let me know the additional costs. A wheel stud broke when servicing my car and since they couldn’t determine if it was caused by their technician or just due to the age of the car, Planet Honda chose to pay for the repair. It meant they had my car another day as the part for the wheel bearing (which needed to be replaced as well) was coming from Dallas overnight. Planet Honda also did an alignment free of charge, Unexpected and frustrating. Again, Brian kept me in the loop. When my car was ready, Brian K. went over all the servicing that was ordered to make sure it indeed all got done. I’ve been coming to Planet Honda for many years and in my opinion they are determined to give the best service possible. More

Unfortunately when you deal with businesses nowadays there is a good chance your experience won't be the best. I myself have had more bad experiences than I can count on my two hands, whether it's a cus there is a good chance your experience won't be the best. I myself have had more bad experiences than I can count on my two hands, whether it's a custom car seat cover company (AutoSeatZone) denying they obviously sent you the wrong color, or a bank (Ally) stealing money right out of your account. Yet every now and again you'll do business with a company that actually cares about their customers in a above and beyond kind of way. Here at Planet Honda my experience was just that, friendly customer service, maintenance, and sales staff to an all around amazing time from purchase to my cars first oil change and everything in-between. Because of this I have taken the time to write this review and tell anyone else I believe Planet Honda will also be right for you! More
